This is a very unreliable establishment. My husband and I bought a vehicle from here a month and a half ago. The whole process of buying the car was very enjoyable, the salesman was very nice. However, we’ve only owned the car for a month and a half and the motor needs to be replaced. The vehicle only has 110,000 miles on it. They also still haven’t mailed the plates and the paper tags they gave us at the dealership have already expired.

Even though we didn’t purchase a car from we here due to lender issues we still had great service from Eddie. He made sure to stay in contact with us about our situation for well over 4-5 days and done all he could on his end for us! Some lenders just wanna give you a hard time about the littlest things. But would recommend Cardinal Auto sales. He was honest on his end to make sure the car we were going to purchase had something fixed on it that needed to be fixed before we left with it. He was good to us and we’re thankful for his kindness and willingness to work hard on our some what complicated situation and would recommend him to anyone that ask us!

Yea I would definitely never buy a car from this place...I brought a car from them and a month later I broke down on the side of the highway. I'm writing this review right now in the car broke down on the side of the highway. Before this the a/c stopped working after a day. I have called them repeatedly asking for assistance and they kept telling me to to callback never once offered a callback. So today as I'm broke down on the highway, I call them and tell them what happened, and they refused to do anything. Please don't not waste your time or money in this place because they don't care about their customer!!! Just want to provide an update. The car is gone because it was totaled by my insurance. Long story short, the car broke down yet again, but this time, it was because the engine mount broke, causing the engine to move. This then caused the wheel axle to break because the engine was sending power to that wheel. Took the car to the dealership and when they lifted up the car. The undercarriage was pretty much destroyed. They told me it looked like someone ran over something really hard with this car. I have only had the car for 4 months. And at no point did I run over something damaging the undercarriage. Meaning they sold this car to me knowing the kind of damage that was underneath the car. Luckily I was turning into my apartment complex. If I was on the highway when that happened I could have lost my life. They sold me a death trap, smiled, and took my money. I say this so that you are aware of the kind people you are dealing with. P.S. Notice they only respond to the review that are positive and show them in a good moral standing. I guarantee they won't respond to this review. Please do not do business with them. Your very life could depend on it!!!!!! See I was going to leave it alone but now your tell bold face lies on the review. I never once spoke to anyone from Cardinal Auto Sales about the undercarriage damage because I just found out about the damage 3 weeks ago when they total the car. The Infiniti dealership are the ones who told me about the undercarriage. AND TO BE VERY VERY CLEAR, I NEVER AT ANY POINT RAN OVER ANYTHING WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MY POSSESSION. I ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 4 MONTHS....SO ONCE AGAIN THE DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE TO THE UNDERCARRIAGE WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS DONE PRIOR TO MY TIME WITH CAR. PLEASE IF YOU DO HAVE PICTURES OF THE UNDERCARRIAGE POST THEM ON THE REVIEW. BECAUSE I HAVE THE PICTURES OF THE UNDERCARRIAGE SHOWING THE DAMAGE...Is this how you want to play????

This review is long overdue! The team at Cardinal Auto Sales in one of a kind. They made my experience so easy by being so personable and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and down to earth, but they also give you the guidance you need when shopping for a vehicle. They also offer amazing warranties on the vehicles! I purchased my VW Tiguan from them back in March, and I am so pleased. 10/10 recommendation!
